Tealife.co.uk is an online tea boutique trading under the name of Genesis Trading(UK) Limited.
A binding contract between Genesis Trading(UK) Limited and the customer will be created upon the customer placing an order and receiving an electronic order confirmation from tealife.co.uk.
It must be noted that unless the customer has received such notification from tealife.co.uk, it would be deemed that no binding contract has been created between the customer and Genesis Trading(UK) Limited.
How to place an order
At www.tealife.co.uk we offer our customers a seamless and secure ordering process where you can order your tea using the following methods.

1) Credit or Debit Card
We use NOCHEX LTD - One of the UK's largest Credit / Debit card payment processing firms who are certified by the Financial Services Authority(FSA) to process Credit & Debit card payments on our behalf.
You may place your order online, and pay by any major Credit or Debit Card. If paying by Credit or Debit card, your order will reach our warehouse almost instantly and be processed for delivery as per the Delivery method chosen by you.

2) PayPal
We have incorporated Paypal Express for customers who already have a Paypal account and need a quick checkout. Simply log in to your Paypal account on the checkout page to confirm payment.

3) Google Checkout
You can also use GOOGLE CHECKOUT by Google Ltd who are also certified by the Financial Services Authority(FSA) for a seamless online checkout. They too process Credit & Debit Cards if you do not have a Google Checkout account which is simple to create and a one off process.

4) Cheque
Alternatively you could pay by cheque for which the order process remains the same except for the fact that your order would be processed ONLY after the cheque has been cleared. Simply select "PAY BY CHEQUE" on the checkout page, and post your cheque made payable to "Genesis Trading(UK) Limited" with your order number clearly mentioned on the reverse to the following address. You will receive an order confirmation via email.

5) Gift Voucher
Tealife.co.uk vouchers are valid for a full twelve (12) month period commencing from the date of purchase, and can be used to purchase any item displayed on the tealife.co.uk website. Simply select REDEEM VOUCHER on the checkout page.
You will then be prompted to enter the voucher code found on the top right hand corner of the voucher.
Tealife.co.uk Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, and any balance outstanding post purchase is non refundable. However, you may redeem the entire value of the voucher and pay any outstanding balance by any UK Credit or Debit card.

Returns policy
We take great pride in offering our customers quality products along with an exemplary level of customer service.
However in the event that you are dissatisfied with any of our products, you are more than welcome to return them to us in an unopened condition within 10 Days of the date of purchase, and you will be awarded a refund to the value of the products returned *.
* Please note that the cost of returning any products to us will be at the customer's expense unless the items returned are incorrect as per the items you have ordered. Details of items you have purchased can be found on the order confirmation you would have received upon your purchase.
All returns should be directed to the following address, and must be accompanied by an email or letter stating the reason. Please allow upto 14 Working days(UK & European Purchases), and 25 Working days(Purchases from Rest of the world) for the refund to be credited to your account.
