Green Tea with Jasmine
A green China tea produced in the time honoured way. Jasmine flowers are added to the tea and left overnight to infuse. In the morning the flowers are removed, but the fragrance of jasmine remains on the tea.Add water just under the boil and infuse for 2-3 minutes. Serve just as it is or sweetened with sugar or honey.
